Rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss, originating from selected broodstock guaranteeing high pigmentation, correct body conformation and high yield. Size range 1 to 1,5 Kg. Grown in low density cages with high water quality within the Rio Miño estuary. Subject to a strict water quality monitoring programme including weekly sampling and carried out by a certified external laboratory. Fed on salmonizing, balanced diets aimed at lean flesh, low fat, firm fillets.
