(hereinafter ACUINUGA) with Tax ID number B-15673973 and registered office in Bertamiráns (Ames, Santiago de Compostela), C/ Alcalde Lorenzo 1, 1º, Postal Code 15.220, registered in the Mercantile Registry of A Coruña, Volume: 2,173, Folio: 164, General Section, Page: C-21,004 and 1st entry.
Through this website (hereinafter, the WEBSITE), ACUINUGA aims to publicise its activity, which is the comprehensive provision of services, technical assistance and products for animal production and feed, organised around two main divisions: Aquaculture and Nutrition.
The purpose of this document is to establish the general terms and conditions of use of the PORTAL. The general terms and conditions must be accepted and complied with by all individuals, professionals and companies (hereinafter referred to as the USER) who wish to make use of them (current or new services that ACUINUGA may provide in the future through the PORTAL).
2. USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENT;
The user undertakes to use the PORTAL, its content and services without contravening current legislation, generally accepted practices and public order. It is prohibited to use the Website for illegal or harmful purposes against ACUINUGA or a third party, which in any way may cause damage or prevent the normal use of the PORTAL.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the PORTAL do not grant the USER any other right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate the Portal and/or its Contents other than those expressly provided for herein. The contents (information, sound and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.) contained in the PORTAL are the property of ACUINUGA or are duly authorised for dissemination by their legitimate owners. ACUINUGA undertakes not to engage in misleading advertising and therefore the following is prohibited:

- Any infringement of the rights of ACUINUGA or their legitimate owners.

In any case, the USER acknowledges and accepts that all industrial and intellectual property rights over the Content and/or any other elements included in the PORTAL belong to ACUINUGA or are duly authorised for dissemination on this PORTAL. In the event that a user or third party considers that their legitimate intellectual property rights have been violated by the introduction of certain content on the website, they must notify ACUINUGA of this circumstance, indicating:
- Personal details of the interested party who owns the rights that have allegedly been infringed, or indicate the representation with which they are acting if the claim is submitted by a third party other than the interested party.

ACUINUGA does not grant any guarantee nor is it liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise due to:
- The lack of availability, maintenance and effective functioning of the Website and/or its services or content.
- The existence of viruses, malicious or harmful programmes in the content.
- The unlawful, negligent, fraudulent use of the website, its services or content by users, contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted practices or public order.
6. UNILATERAL MODIFICATION AND DURATION;
ACUINUGA may modify, whenever it deems appropriate, unilaterally and without prior notice, the structure and design of the PORTAL, as well as modify or eliminate the services, content and conditions of access and/or use thereof. The duration of the provision of the website and services is indefinite, with ACUINUGA reserving the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the website or any of the services it comprises, under the same terms as those set out in the previous paragraph.

ACUINUGA, as stated in its “PRIVACY POLICY” which you can consult below, has adopted the appropriate security levels for the data it processes and manages, incorporating all the technical means and measures at its disposal to guarantee its confidentiality, prevent its misuse, loss, alteration, unauthorised access and theft.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION;
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law and shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) in the event of any dispute arising from access to the PORTAL.
